As promised, here's the tail...

basically the story line revolves around Alice, a normal, run of the mill teenage girl who just got dumped. Miserable, she's in her room moping when a glowing, ethereal fox spirit manifests in her bedroom mirror. it offers her an escape, and placing it's paws against the mirror, invites her to do the same.

As she does so, she falls through the mirror, suddenly finding herself in the body of ten year old Eisilyn, a noble in a magical land. Fussed over and fawned on by her adoring public, she quickly makes friends with Eisilyn's familiar, Bethar. No one seems to notice the switch, as Beth helps her with manners and attitude, and it doesn't matter anyway, since this is just a dream, right? Things go well until realizes something strange. Everyone is calling her 'Aisa' and when Alice asks Beth what that means, the little sprite tells her 'Prince'

"Don't you mean princess?"

ZING.

Also, it seems that before she passed away,Eisilyn's mother suffered a strange bout of madness, in which she injured the spoiled little kit when he was younger. This of course, nessetates some fairly...relevant treatment (relevant to this forum) that Alice will have to adjust to. Throw in two exceptionally powerful aunt/caretakers/magic tutors, and Alice is going to find that the grass isn't always greener...in fact, in this world, it's blue.

As for the little brat himself? Well...what do you think a ten year old boy is going to do in the body of a well developed highschool girl?
