I edited out English and Japanese text on a few of these pictures. There's a couple of tell-tale spots where the text used to be, but if you don't know where to look, it's almost like it doesn't exist. I realize some of these couples may be up for controversy debate as to, "I prefered this character with this one." and one or two may only exist as a couple in fan-fictions, but I put them together as I like to see them. And let's just get this out of the way, now, as far as Inu-Yasha and Cowboy Bebop go, I DO NOT like Julia or Kikyo.

I tried to avoid using fan art, but I might have one or two pictures in there that are. If the art is yours, I apologize. I wanted to put in Link and Zelda, Sonic and Sally, and Laharl and Etna, but I couldn't find good enough pictures of any of these couples, and it wasn't until after I saved that I realized I'd forgotten to put in Miyaka and Tamahome. I also wanted to put in Amalthia and Lier, but I couldn't find a good picture of them, either. The original concept for this picture was romances that withstood epic and sometimes tragic controversy, and with the exception of a couple, as you can see, very few of them are between people from the same race/dimension/time.

With the rambling out of the way, I might as well give a list of who's who, because some of these couples may not be as well known as others.
