A Christmas pic for 
One day the little Moo Darren was in a western environment. Suddenly he was surrounded by many Grocks. He couldn't do much, but lucky for him Dillon came along and defeated every one of the Grocks. Darren wanted to repay what Dillon had done for him and he said that there was something he knew of that Dillon may like. Later that day back at Dillon's house Darren inflated the armadillo. Being inflated was rather fun to Dillon, so he accepted that as repayment for saving Darren from the Grocks.

Kind of a mix, you have a large open field to roam around, and treasures to discover somewhat like Zelda.
You gather resources during the day and use them to prepare towers to defend against the grocks. During the night you engage in battle against the grocks personally, whilst the towers also do their part and slow down or entirely stop grocks too.
You gotta make sure the town's supply of livestock survives the whole three days, if you fail you can always try again, but you'll be allowed to use more starting funds to get through it.
I hear it's a very tough game and it's definitely on my to-play list.
