This is the first part (first two chapters) of a story I'm writing. Yes, I know, there's no dragons in this part, but in the later chapters there will be.
I'm probably going to keep this all SFW (with violence in some chapters) so if that wasn't what you were expecting, sorry to disappoint.
About the actual story:
As this is a WIP, please, I especially welcome criticism and ask that you point out any inconsistencies you notice.
As for Jazk: Picture an Argonian with Kuvrahk (copyright Noben) ears and that's close enough.
There's a lot of subtle references involving the names of things/people, so if a name feels familiar that's probably why

Short synopsis of this bit: Jazk (yah-zk) McKindaw, Lieutenant of a marine detachment aboard the clipper Amber Skies, has to board a suspected pirate vessel and fight the challenges thrown at him by the sea.

As for citing "me", please include the title and my username (if you really feel like breaking out "The Book", MLA, etc. citation style is fine as well but not necessary, lol). I'd request that you ask before you use it, or at least let me know, so I have an idea of where this is going. I promise I won't turn into a fire-breathing dragon and roast you or anything (well... I can't promise the dragon part, but I definitely won't roast you)
