While the procedure of these fusions proceeded in Mishima Zaibatsu, not all were aware of the events of the world. In the jungles of Central America, Taekwondo expert Hwoarang had lost the trail to long-time rival Jin. It ended in the ruins of a Mayan Temple. By complete chance, Alex is there as well. Frustrated at having lost track of him, Hwoarang takes it out on Alex.
Though he is quick to defend himself, Alex is soon unable to do little more than defend himself. An effective jumping kick sends Alex into a wall, shattering a mysterious orb. Upon the orb breaking, Alex is reduced to a pile of dust. Before Hwoarang can assess what's happening, his brain begins to boil furiously. He clutches his head screeching in an inhuman voice as he finds himself collecting scales, gaining sharp teeth, and gaining a very reptilian appearance. When the pain subsides, he finds himself changed into an anthropomorphic velociraptor.
Too bad it was no longer Alex nor Hwoarang being aware of this new body. Whatever it was that had taken over, the thing accepts its body wholeheartedly and yet a shroud of fear plagues it. The unwelcome spirit was one that had been trapped in the orb for centuries and was finally free but with no memory of why it was imprisoned or its past experiences. With no understanding of its whereabouts or its power, the velociraptor man flees from the temple to seek out its place in the world.
Soon, however, it learns that it can fuse others around it under the right conditions. Though it does not relish in this talent, it is a good means of self-defense for it. For some reason, people are chasing after it all the time. They call it Tlacuetzpal. Since it's the only name it's been given, it decides to call itself that.
Note: Please excuse the horrible quality of the picture. The paper used was soft, fragile and wrinkled very easily. I hope the picture will look good, regardless.
Next is Hwoarang merging with Alex. Um...Ryu? Help me. >.> Anyway, made use of some nice footage to get that posture at bird's view right. Hope it worked out. Alex, btw, is that pile of dust next to the boxing gloves.
Two more to go!
