Following the success of Steve Fox, it didn't take long for it to reach Kuma's ear. Kuma deduced the process as a permanent solution to finally beridding himself of his long-time rival, Paul Phoenix. So long as Kuma's will was stronger, Paul would be nothing more than a subconscious thought in the back of his brain.
During their next fight, Paul was brutally defeated into unconsciousness. Carrying him over to Mishima Zaibatsu, Kuma volunteered himself to be next. Two minutes later, an anthropomorphic grizzly bear, irritated beyond belief at his restrictive clothing, came lumbering out tearing at his gi karate outfit. Paul Phoenix was no longer present in this tall, muscular bear man. Kuma was now in command of their fused body, and he exerted himself very clearly now with his brute strength and his new voice.
Kuma risen quickly in prominence in the Mishima Zaibatsu. While not a corporate member, he is treated with importance of any high-ranking associate. His role comprises of training various people fused as soldiers, bolstering the Tekken Force in the process. Nothing remains of the once proud Paul Phoenix...except for his inherent love for motorcycles.
Note: Please excuse the horrible quality of the picture. The paper used was soft, fragile and wrinkled very easily. I hope the picture will look good, regardless.
Next up is Paul Phoenix merging with Kuma through...science. Ryu better handle this one. >.> Anyway, three more to go!(BTW, Paul Phoenix has one of the stupidest hairdos ever. Makes Wakka from Final Fantasy X look subtle...and dignified.)
