This was a quick, 20 minute colored sketch I was working up with a custom brush I made. I wanted something smooth, but textured and wet looking. So, I tested out the brush on a neglected bird, not often drawn- the horned puffin. It was between the horned puffin or the crested auklet, both sea birds I really love.
