Ooookay, for those of you who felt cheated by my Partridge with a Pear Tree picture, here it is: My FIRST real attempt at drawing a sexy bird girl, done with a feather-pattern of a Turtle Dove.
Yes, the song is 'turtle doves', with it being a first attempt, didn't think two girls, even as cute and lesbian as they would be, would be a functional thing to try on a concept...
...also yes, the beak was VERY hard to mess with and get to look right, ended up with the bump over it, without the long-draw-back that turtle doves have. v.v
That said, I'm over-all happy with it, even though I NORMALLY don't like anthro-bird-girl pictures... And, this one violates a tenant of what some call a bird-girl, but fits in to what ~I~ call anthro: BIRD GIRL WITH TITS! ^^
And... that is 4 / 12, if I'm not miss-counting, for at least pictures based on the 12 days of Christmas. ^^; Even though we've not hit the 1st day yet.
For you furry-fans, a Turtle-Dove is a kind of Pigeon. ^^;; yes, I looked in to this when looking for feather pattern. >.>
