I drew a couple of sequence segments as practice but this one was better than the others so I actually finished it. I think it was pretty worth it!
I don't own Digimon, that credit goes to it's respective owners.
Sammy, a scrawny human who worked at a digital world research facility, was doing his usual shift at the research center. He was walking trough the data transportation room to make sure everything was in order until the room lit up.
Suddenly the monotone voice began to yell out as sirens went off, the computer had detected an error and didn't know how to handle it, unknown to Sammy though, the system had been sabotaged, infected with a virus.
As Sammy tried to leave the doors closed up and the transporter activated, but instead of converting his body to data so it could be sent to the digital world, he instead began to change, his entire DNA was being changed for the sake of fixing the major malfunction.
Sammy's torso began to lengthen, his thin stomach looking slightly bloated due to it's new firm paunch. A new skin texture began to spread over his human skin, a shinier yellow skin. Sammy was in shock but he was unable to leave the plate. He could only change further.
To his horror Sammy looked behind him as he saw a tail grow, the yellow skin spreading over it. Before he could let that sink in though the changes began to spread to his feet, his human feet becoming the large clawed feet of a monster, a digimon! He looked at his hands which underwent a similar change, unable to keep his calm anymore he began to sob and scream for help.
By the time the foreman came to check on him though it was too late, Every semblance of Sammy's human body was deleted and replaced, he was now a guilmon looking creature. there were differences though, the hands, the skin, the eyes, the transformation seemed to have been imperfect leaving him as some kind of strange phenomenon.
He was moved over to the digimon unit, taking up residence in the digital world and helping research on that side. sent there after the transporter had been fixed up. Though the person who created the virus probably wasn't trough and soon more staff members might meet the same fate.
