I use Silver Efex for most of my black and whites now or vintage looks. Neat Photoshop plugin that I think stands alone also.
I shot it with a 50mm prime 1.8 that Canon makes for 130 bucks.
I made a black and white and then made a new color layer of orange and set the layer to color and then went back and forth of the tone of orange and opacity till I liked it
