Rederik is a being of extreme power some may consider a God. He has absolute mastery and control of all things plants. This is a situation where in his Equestian Universe form, he decides to spy on other beings of great power, in this case, the Doctor. His only set of eyes in the area happen to be George, the shrub, while a potion-drunk Doctor talks dirty and waters the plant, giving Rederik a first person vision of this. This elicits a 'do not want' reaction for lulz.
