Luckybunnies live in the same world as foos. They have a large capacity for magic, but no natural reserve. In order to use any magic at all, they must steal an item of great sentimentality from someone or other. The more loved the object, the more powerful the magic. They hang them from their ears. Due to this, the more powerful the magic, the more mean-spirited the luckybunny. (BTW the object MUST be stolen. No getting around this.) Some luckybunnies choose to live without magic but they're lame-os.
