This is the first and most challenging from a set of wallpapers made for Kaji. Here we have Kaji magnificently huge gathering planets of all sizes including the sun as well to be under his protection.
Earlier this year I had displayed the original black and white art for this at FWA and AC. Where I boasted that these would be easy to colour due to all of the black inks I've laid down.
"Hah, all I have to do is drop colour here and presto I'm done!"
I somehow got lost after dropping in the flat colours... Anyway! I learnt a lot and enjoyed myself pushing to the limit and pulling back just enough.
