"There are too few women of high rank in the Imperial Navy, though less so than has been observed in multiversal iterations of less prudent Galactic Empires. Unlike them, there are those of vision who see greater potential than the scheming old men often given command of Imperial starships, and from this came Fleet Captain Niyo Trantor, the first commander of an Ancillary Support Fleet, a small task force of multiple vessels of many types designed to patrol the expanses of the Emperor's domain and provide an able combat task force when needed wherever larger fleets or ships aren't available.

Here we see Captain Trantor on the bridge of her command ship, the Maw-class Heavy Cruiser Flamewind, leaning up next to one of the bridge viewports, which show the design influence of the Maw's KDY cousins. In the background, we see the Vigil-class Corvette Intrepid, one of the many craft in this fleet, moving alongside as the ship enter orbit of an unknown gas giant.
