I was going through my photos to find a portrat to send to my parents for christmas. I am still looking, hoping there is a family portrat but I did find this.

I originally discarded it due to some motion blur but now the beam of sunlight gives it new meaning.

In truth when I was reviewing the pictures I never saw the light there before. It wasnt till today I was going through the archives that I realised it. Things that make you go Hmmmm.

Aye, some things can do that. My mum's 2nd child died when he was just a baby. She had forget-me-nots engraved on his tombstone and ever since then, no matter where she's lived they've always seemed to thrive in her garden. Curious things, eh?

provided we are still here and doing well that will come this spring. A marker will be placed where she is burried and I will enlist the help of a former co-worker who now has her own nursury business to help me design and plant a garden there.

She was beautiful. crystal blue eyes too. I have been going over the picture in photoshop trying to sharpen it a bit without distorting. Its hard to work on her pictures too long without getting upset.

Oh... I can imagine. It's so hard to be strong when you lose somebody... Especially if it is a horse or a pony =(((
