So from what i understand,
Mayfurr did a write up on the Japanese Cultural laws in the Colmaton universe, which state that all Registered super heroines must do there transformation sequences in public, as well as wear Sailor moon style sailor outfits when performing there hero duties.
Needless to say, Strikira,
train 's Ranger, and 
mojorover 's Texas Tilly are not liking there latest assignment to Japan, having to wear the short skirt outfits instead of there regular super outfits.
