is the male or female fixed? breeding fawns and blacks is not a good idea there common colors and no one wants them there feeder rat colors pretty much. :/ i would think twice on what your doing.

Alright, neither of them are fixed. If I do decide that their babies will be snake food, it will be for personal use. I currently have 6 snakes who don't mind if the rats are colored or not.

you also have them on pine bedding and in a fish tank.. are you trying to kill them?? pine bedding can kill them causing all sorts of nasty infections and a fish tank there is not enough air flow for the amount of ammonia that they produce through there pee which can also cause them to get sick.

That's not pine bedding, It's Aspen, and I didn't get it. I told my mate to get anything but Pine or Ceder bedding. He decided to get Aspen, which I would of rather got Carefresh. I change their bedding every 3 days or so, and I'm starting to littler pan train them. (I change out the litter every day/other day).

I've owned rats since Early 2009, and have been breeding rodents since 2010. I know what I'm doing, don't worry.
