I am looking for a team of programmers to help me build this from scratch.
Right now, this is entirely new but built similarly around Ocarina of Time in every way.
I need programmers but am designing the game artistically to draw programmers in and have levels and such ready for programming it all in :)
If you are interested in helping programming or creating art, that would be helpful :D

I wish, I know nothing of programming and my artistic skills are non-existent.
If you're building it from scratch, good luck. It sounds like a huge project, and frankly the vast majority of big projects never get finished. I'm not trying to offensive. Don't take it personally, but I learned a long time ago not to get my hopes up until a project is 90% finished.
You might want to consider creating a mod for an existing game, like NWN2 or TES. It may not allow you to implement all the features you want, but it would be a hell of a lot less work. It would also be a bit more legal. You do realize that if you were to release this game online, even if you make no profit from it, Nintendo would likely shut it down?

Oh my. I just love Zelda games. I played Twilight Princess for four days before I finally beat it, hehe.
I really hope this will be something a person can just up and download. I'm not really sure how many people would pay for a fan game.
I don't really think Nintendo would shut it down. They haven't shut down any of the Mario Fan Games yet, such as Super Mario Forever.
And even if they did, people would bring it back to life somewhere.
