Omega Beta: The artillery testbed

I felt like making a little set of doodles with these, and it was fun trying to come up with different ways to pose them. For a little context, the Omega Series floated around my head back in '06. The basic concept is that they are a group of mech-dragons run by an continuously-learning A.I. system. What starts as mundane function evolves into complex reasoning, and goes furthur into trying to rationalize their existance, and place in a society that primarily built them for military purposes. (lol Tachikomas).

In any case, this is the first of four pictures depicting the group. Alpha was the original design, and Beta came afterwards.
