This...I can see a ton of potential. Not to mention it's one of my favorite genres for illustration. I do need to nitpick a bit, though.
The boots appear to simple and large to me, and gives me the feeling that they were rushed in the end as an afterthought. Considering the detail you put into the rest of her, I feel like there's more potential in what you can do for those. They may not seem like much, being feet. But from a cyberpunk perspective, more often than not it's the awesome footwear that completes the outfit.
Additionally, the breasts(though I appreciate the prudent size choice) seem to lack definition in shape. Something seemed 'off' to me about them, but looking in depth I see no immediate elementary features that sit right with me, although I think that the issue may be a lack of detail for (her) left breast, making it seem more like a downwards lump. maybe adding an undershadow for the upwards curve? From the implied lighting it implies direct downwards sunlight, so adding a shadow feature such as that could do a lot.
That else being said, the pose is clean, the anatomy is well executed, and I appreciate many of the small details. I hope you finish it.

Ooh, nice input! First of all, let me thank you for the constructive critique. I'll be sure to get right on it!
Now, some of the things you mention are (sadly) byproducts of a poor scanner, that omitted the finer shading, but once I finish the work, I'll be sure to take your comments into consideration.
