The second and probably final part of this story. I admit, it took on a life of its own and went in a different direction than I originally had planned for the character. The balloon has suddenly become more than I had planned. Anyways, I struggled a little towards the end, but I hope it's enjoyable. It will hopefully lead to some fun stuff in the future.
A little side note, because of the changes that happened, this is no longer a prequel to "The Parade Balloon". From now on, this balloon will be kept for more clean stories.
