Okay, I can see this doe either supplying Cora's store with fresh produce -- or she's on more of a ranch and not bothered at all by "rutting" behavior. In the latter case, it could be a dairy farm, egg farm, wool producer (but then no product for the store), breeding (again no direct sales) of any of several animals, or a meat producer (goat, lamb, beef, chicken, other, take your pick) keeping the butcher's counter supplied. Another option would be a horse ranch, either for guests to come and ride (in more than one meaning?) or breeders / trainers.

This picture is perfect except that rabbit's don't have long muzzles...It looks like a half breed between a dog and a rabbit.

I absolutely LOVE huge boobs spilling out of overalls that aren't quite able to live up to their name!
