Only thing I did not like about it was they used way too Many CGI for a lot of thing. Wish they use real people they the last three.

Regardless of that, I love the movie!

I considered doing that...but then decided, watching sequels before 1/3 of a prequel doesn't make so much sense, other than to get in the mood. Which I don't need to do because I am -always- in the mood for Tolkien X3

I got way over-excited for The Hobbit, and the only way to satisfy that was to watch the three LOTR movies. Anyway, it was FANTASTIC! *though they added some things that I was just like all "Head-scratch" about but anehweh*

yeah, that's what I'd tell my prof, except he's been super nice to us all year, giving us crazy good grades and amazingly well done slides. We all want to get good grades on Saturday's final as a "thank you" for him.

How can they manage to make 3 movies out of The Hobbit? It's like one tiny book :v

Well for one, it's one -dense- book, they really aren't leaving much of anything out and are embellishing on parts, while also including parts of the story from the Silmarillion and other stories, such as what Gandalf is doing whenever he leaves the dwarves in the story, so there's that whole secondary story thread going on.

That explains some of that, it's true that the book leaves a lot of room for more details, I'll see for myself anyway. I finished the Return of the King extended yesterday, slept at 6AM @.@

Mine was in 3D but not HFR, hopefully I can catch that version at some point! I definitely had a -few- issues with the movie, but as a whole, still totally satisfied and now I get to vibrate anxiously in my seat for the next year until they release movie 2, lol.

Heheh, HFR was -totally- worth it. But yeah I am definitely already excited for the second.

I would of sat in the theater for 9 hours and paid for the price of three, if I had to. xD

Should get some art themed for this at some point.
