Many cats are ticklish, you just need to learn how to do it right.

Most animals in the world don't like being entirely vulnerable around a larger creature. That is what you need to overcome in order to tickle a cat. With enough time and effort (and sometimes blood with the 3rd type) you can do it. Cats can be just as expressive as dogs, once you know what to look for. It took me a long time to figure out that my cat is ticklish under the chin.

My cat only feels orgasmic bliss with belly and ear rubs, ticklish is separate. Petting the base of his tail will get ones hand shredded. He REALLY doesn't like to be pet there.

All critters are different though.

Reminds me of the Tabby I have now, but thinner.
