A pair of gumdrops for Emberli & Vander. Emberli is a black fox with purple markings (and a pink flower ankle tattoo); Vander is a pale wusky.

They're meant to set atop yon wee pillow. Said pillow and I have been in several heated discussions regarding just what constitutes a rectangle. Someone more experienced with sewing than I added the strip of yellow trim w/orange striping along the middle while the pillow was left unattended during Thanksgiving...I've left it in place but am waffling on whether the striping works or should be replaced w/matching yellow thread. Finally decided the easiest thing to do was ask the commissioner directly.

The pieces haven't been attached to the pillow yet, so their positions are still in flux.


PFigurines are polymer clay and acrylic paint. Pillow is a kind of terry mix, which is probably why it's giving me problems (it's stretchier than anticipated).
