There are men who actually identify feminine enough (if not female) to get a tattoo and then post a picture wearing a skirt for "Thrills".

QUESTION.

How did you go about actually getting the tattoo done? Did you wear a bikini bottom or something to allow the tattoo artist to get access to that area, or wut? (I'm curious, because in the future I was going to get a tattoo that started on the outer thigh just like this, and traveled up to my back~)

That's exactly it. I wore a bikini bottom with the ties on the side so that he could untie it while he was inking and then retie it when he moved on. Wearing a skirt (assuming you're a girl) made it easier for him to keep more private parts covered up while the bottom was untied. But you don't need a tie bikini. A normal one will work too. Tattoo artists are pros. They can work around it.
