Ghaust? sounds interesting, and from what I've heard of your work, you would probably be able to blow it out of the water.

Yes, Ghaust Zakeem, Bringer of Darkness, aka the Terror of Death, is a dragon who's heart has been corrupted by darkness and he tries to cover the world in it. He's the antagonist of my first and third books, the first follows Exias' struggle against him, The second book's main villian is Tiamat, Eater of Worlds, who corrupted Ghaust in the first place (songs related to Tiamat are At Worlds End, which is inside his outer shell where all the worlds he's devoured rest, combined in a labyrinth of decay and ruin, and The Battle Against Tiamat, which is the final battle music taking place in the Spiral of Dimensions); needless to say Tiamat is one bad ass of a villan. And the book would be done in a Lufia: Rise of the Sinistrals style in that it focuses on the prelude to Ghaust where he once more is the antagonist, but this story takes place before Exias' birth. Of course, I haven't done anything to these stories other than jot down ideas, but who knows, maybe one day I'll get the motivation to write them out, but for now there is my music which, in a sense, tells the stories.

jeebus that's a lot of text XD, but it sounds epic so far man, And hopefully your story telling is as good as your song writing ^.^ and from the looks of it I would read the crap out of these books

Oh I do rather enjoy creative writing, but alas, the only writing that people ever pay attention to of mine here on FA was my monster hunter tf stories. sadface =/
But mayhap all those years in English Honors will pay off.

Heh, I'd love to write it, but I guess the main obstacle barring my way is reality. The reality is my stories may not even be published, and if they were, I wouldn't see much income from them (chances of it being a Harry Potter are rather slim) which really kills the motivation; that is to say I'm not in it for a huge sum of money, but for the amount of time it would take to write it, the profis would be far less than minimum wage which is quite depressing. The last monster would be that, in all likelyhood, not many copies would be sold. But you never know, I may just do it.
