red tail hawk maybe?

i looked it up and it a sub colored peregrine falcon. very cute

either that or a Saker falcon, they look alike DX

The red striations on the breast are pretty indicative. You also see light horizontal bars in red like that on adult Cooper's Hawks and Sharp-Shinned Hawks, but those would have a white bar above the eye, which this does not.
