In the stories, his body is somewhat different, but talking free art or whatever, that's him. He usually wears a jacket and pants much like the one here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8960030/

He also drives a neat little racing hovercraft called the Featherweight II. It's got a pronged shape, and the driver (Neon) Sits in the center between the prongs. Behind the cockpit is mostly the engine, the gunner's seat, the brakes, and the jets. The FWII has a dark blue and gold paintjob. The gunner varies, depending on who's with Neon at the time. Usually it tends to be other wanderers, friends, or someone who needs a lift.
