An elf-like monster. He wields a blade in battle and it can shoot a beam from the crystal on its forehead. Crisis Empire used Zuno Warrior to attack Reiko in her dreams. When Kotaro discovered this, he used a machine to enter Reiko's dream after transforming into Kamen Rider Black RX. He was destroyed by RX's Revolcane.
