Gentle flavours brilliantlly blended to make this tantilizingly tasty stew from the kitchens of
stripekazama
I've recently become curious about adding beer to cooking, so I came up with this.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of minced beef
12 streaks of bacon
33 centilitre Indian Pale Ale beer
3 tbsp tomato paste/puré
2 deciliters cream
2 small onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 deciliter frozen peas
3 button mushrooms
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 tsp soy
How to:
1. Dice the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the bacon into smaller strips/pieces. Fry the items in a large pan with some oil. Add some paprika powder and black pepper to it and let it fry.
2. Once the bacon and onion is fried properly, add the minced meat and let it fry. Once fried properly, add the beer, tomato paste/puré,cream, soy and worchestersauce and stir it in.
3. Add the peas in and leave the stew to boil and get nice and warm.
4. Enjoy!
Allergy warning – recipe contains fish (traditional worcestershire sauce contains anchovies), soy & dairy products
