Wow, this one was awesome to do, it was the reason why I was kinda quiet online, holed up away in my room stuffing more and more detail into this. This was a hell of a learning experience for me, in doing digital art, working with the GIMP (instead of Photoshop because I made a promise, hooah), and responding to and filling (hopefully) the wishes of a client. :)
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME
Drawn out on paper, inked, and then taken a photo of that, then colorified in the GIMP 2.4. Whoohah! Thank you Solanth for comissioning me, hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Edit: This is an example of my digital work skill, for digital commissions. This is probably the very highest quality I can manage, which means that the average digital art from me would be with less detail, and likely smaller. However as I do more art and improve, soon even this will become standard quality for digital work.

Ah well... the background is bweh. :) The thing is I wasn't asked to do any background, that was all bonus 'cuz I just didn't want a dragon floating in whitespace. Most of my pictures have been like that, no reference or sense of gravity or place in pictures without a background--so for this I wanted to at least minimize that impression. (An' I think the wings are way too transparent, eep. I'm learning as I go, see. => ) Thankyou!
