It's how he fits in it while fat. However, the name does remind me of a Droopy cartoon starring a fox named Reginald, who has a monocle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXT7thyvhcs (Coincidence, huh?) And it reminds me of somebody in RL too-that's the secret that I will not bring up.
