Thanks! I had fun with it, but I realized that a map needs to be elongated horizontally, not vertically ^^; So, I need to go back in and fix that and the scale needs adjusting, too. Looking at it now, Catriona (where all the cats live) should be even smaller compared to the other land masses. I also want to add a few more land bodies, too

It's perfectly fine for a map to have a portrait orientation (the vertical elongation). Some features are longer in that direction, after all. Consider some of the states in the USA that are longer north-south than they are east-west (such as Vermont, New Hampshire, Illinois and Indiana!)

That's certainly true. But, for a world map (which is what this is) it must be horizontal otherwise, the planet would be shaped like an elongated oval ^^;

Well, Okanu is the planet as a whole. Each country has its own governing system. Some have a monarchy (like Catriona) and others are more diplomatic. Whatever works.

Thanks, Hon. Honestly, you just have to think of where things are in relationship to each other (for example, is one country more north or south of another, etc.) and then jump right in! ^_^

Yes, Panthros is where most of the big cats come from. All African cats, and most Asian and some South American cats. North American cats, snow leopards and other cold weather cats live in Adohi. A few desert cats live on in Oslan.

Catriona is a series of islands believed to have separated from Oslan millions of years ago. There are small bands of Catriona-like cats on Oslan. They're desert cats and believed to have been there since before the countries drifted apart.
