Let it be said, being able to travel the universe in something that's bigger on the inside than the outside, sentient, AND hospitable is something that really can't be replicated, especially not when you can travel time and space in it. It's a convinient home, it has more rooms than you could ever explore, and it can completely bamboozal the normal mind. It's nearly indestructable, it can change its outershape, among other things, and...well, it's generally a very cool machine, if complicated and needing a fixing every so often.
The problem with such a beast is that it also has a tendency to be...well, quirky. This can be endearing in a lot of ways, don't get me wrong...but when your TARDIS decides that a Christmas tree is a better disguise than a normal pine tree, and when it puts wrappings around the front door...well, it can get a leeeetle fustrating.
Still, I wouldn't trade my TARDIS for anything.
This was an awesome picture made by the ever reliable and talented Dak, who really went up up and beyond here. I got this picture partially to give him a picture that wasn't porn to draw (which admittedly Dak is also very good at drawing) but also because I wanted to get more pictuers of my fursonna's TARDIS, and it's quirks. I figured that an outside shot, though, would be easier than an inside one (although I do have a TARDIS console room in mind for this too) so I went with this silly picture, and...well, as I said, Dak aced it~
