It's from Alienators, the episode where one of the members gets his mutant powers. Anyway, in some of the crowds, there's a cheerleader girl with pigtails who is turned into a purple creature, kinda like a lizard with a lion's tail. I'd show you, but the episode is not on youtube.
oh, i got it through amazon. stonegate's got it on his site but mine's a higher quality, ironicly their scrambled so i can't take pics to work with on vlc. so i ltterly have to take pics of my screen with my camera. thats what i did with this one, then traced and altered it to be lucy.
