This definitely came out better than I planned.
This is what happens when the vampire Vlad Magnus is about to feed. I made sure to give him sharp fangs, a lack of pupils in the eyes, and sharper lines when I did this sketch.
Now Vlad Magnus definitely looks dangerous. This is a starting point that I can build upon for the character.
