I dunno if it counts at a Tenchi fan character, I doubt it. Anyways, this is my own personal character, when she was younger. Ill put the older version of her up later. Anyways, I hope you enjoy.

Alias : Tal, Anya, Queen General
Age : 11
Hair Color : Vibrant Blue.
Eye Color : Golden.
Race : Half Royal Jurian, Half Choshin
Skin Color : Tanned.
Height : 4‘ 5”
Weight : 101 lbs
Family (the people she knows of and considers so) : Yamuto (father), Azaha (mother), Chubi ( surrogate sister ) , The Yesihara ( the group she runs )
Occupation : Ruler.
Build : A little more toned than the average child.
Personality : Reiko is very ambitious, arrogant, and obsessive in the eyes of people who don’t know her on a very personal level. On a personal level, she can be very bossy for a kid her age, but shows signs of worry and care when she feels like she must have to, shes not totally cold blooded. She takes amusement in watching others struggle, and loves showing off what she can do. Shes like a normal kid…who has the knowledge that they could blow up or destroy whatever she pleased…
Likes : Playing, ordering around her subordinates, fighting, proving how good she is, being around people.
Dislikes : Losing, being laughed at in a harsh way, being alone, Failing.
Danger Level : She may be small. But it does not overshadow the fact that power wise, she is incredibly strong, and very very hard to ignore when in battle. She doesn’t have a good grip on energy wielding ablities as can be seen from her tri pronged blade, but can fire shots with the best of them, and level a lot while at it. She is considered a SSS rank fighter due to her unpredictability and wild sense of battle, with XX- rank physical endurance, since she can take a bit of damage for her small frame, also since she has not yet reached her peak. Her mind abilities are considered as AA rank due to being a bit smarter than the average Juraian child, although her true mental capacity is unknown at the moment, and her physical strength is considered N/A Class 1 rank due to feats that have been seen, although its unsure what she can really do. Her spiritual energy is considered a N/A Class 2 rank due to random segments of her losing control of her power in fits that damage a lot of the surface. Taking these into account, her overall danger rank is at XX+
Yamuto was a former well respected member of the Jurian royal family, and was considered their strongest fighter. But when enacting a decision which put the whole family, in all branches (no pun intended) in danger, they had him exiled into the great beyond of space. Not caring about how he survived, or how he would live. In his journeys he had come across a young woman who was incredibly beautiful. Little did he know her beauty, was only surpassed by her power, for she was a “choshin” (or “Super-God”;). Although she had attempted to spend time away from her duties, her affair with this man, was very short lived.
Long before she could realize it, the foolish vagabond had left the woman alone, leaving her to her growing child the minute she had informed him of her pregnancy. Irritated and embittered by this experience, Azaha had her child shortly afterwards, and without a moments notice, dressed the child, and left her in the desert of a planet she felt would be sufficient. Isolated on planet Yuva. She didn’t know of the harsh terrain, or of how much it was survival of the fittest out there. All that mattered to her was her child was safe and alone.
But as the years went by and the child grew, she didn’t have much of a moral guidance…or a sense of direction. She felt she needed to take what she wanted, and use her power to its greatest extent to ensure of it. She always went around, beating up poor souls once she was fully aware of her situation. Reiko knew of her mother, after all, her mother occasionally checked on her to make sure she did nothing too insane. But what else was an at the time, 8 year old powerhouse supposed to do?
A band of outlaws made of young men, women, and children, called the Yesihara were crossing into the territory Reiko had called home. Although she didn’t look it, the young girl was emotionally hurt, due to being lonely basically her whole life. Seeing the other kids made her wish and yearn for the childhood she never quite had. Without warning she challenged the leader of the clan for battle. All the Yesihara members just laughed at her mockingly and were about to walk away, when without warning, Reiko beat the unholy hell out of him, with ease. He quickly passed leadership to the girl, and all had a great fear of her.
But as the years went by, they could see her in a different light in the way they used to see her. Every time they had problems, she would solve it as best as she could. They even came to respect this child… but all fun times had to come to an end…
