Before any one asks, no I am not a Wiccan. I just like their symbol. This was a really fast one, I'll probably be using it as a test subject to find something to strengthen these guys. They keep getting broken, but hopefully I can change that.
Last year tons of cicadas swarmed my home, so I collected quite a few of the left over shells. The shells were cleaned and painted, this is the result.
Something pretty cool about these guys is they still stick to clothing. You can still wear them even after they have been painted. I also figured out how to reposition them, so I can pose them any way I want to. I'll probably make more of these when I get another chance.
