My new lifesize fox hide. A big thickly furred male from Alaska, definitely a winter coat on him. He has a few holes that need stitching. I love that white stripe down his belly, and his thick beautiful neck fur.

I was told that he is mountable but I'm not entirely sure that he will be. There's very little lip there, but the leather seems thick enough that it could be split (I think that's the right word...not sure. I'm not a taxidermist by any means, I leave that to the professionals!)

If it turns out that he IS mountable, he will be made into a soft mount.

Note: I had no part in the killing of any of my animals in my collection, be it pelt or skull. Nor were they killed for me. Most if not all my collection I recieve second hand in trades. ALL my animals are treated with the highest amount of respect, and are very much loved and adored.
