Love WoW? Love Hunter Class? I do! That's why I plan to showcase all pets as avatars!

I wanted to do my favorite pet evar, tallstriders, but I figured I'd better test out a shorter name, first to get the hang of things. So here is probably the most popular pet, the wolf! Yes, you know it's your favorite, even though you use that spectral owl, or runed darkhound. Your wolfie will always be the closest thing to your heart, even though it's stuck between a windserpent and a frostsaber back in Kalimdor. And with Mists, you can now make it Tenacity, which makes it more like it was in Vanilla WoW (Vanilla had the best pet families, but I do like the auto-levels and lack of feeding requirements, now :) ).

So enjoy! This avatar is free to use on dA or another site displaying your love for wolves, as long as you don't take credit for the work. And believe me, there was work. Adobe Image Ready doesn't want to save my files as GIFs, so I had to save each frame and upload it to an online GIF maker.
