So, 
asked me to draw his character, Naum Swift, a while back. I think early Febuary this year. This is the only doodle I came up with at the time. I think I was still having arting issues due to having ArtBlock.
But, anyway, this is his character. I didn't draw the ears for some reason. Maybe they're inside of his hat.

hoses connect from the beak to the collar, and from the collar they go into the pouches and stuff that are on the inside of the coat
