Composite Effects. I had them custom paint them for me too, they were kind enough to do it without any extra charge.
I'm currently working on a custom silicone head piece to match the glove quality, that head I made myself with amateur materials (I did get the jaw articulating well though which I am proud of) and I've dedicated the past few months to researching and sculpting a new head mold to create my own custom silicone mask.

Yeah. Not a cheap hobby.
Making a mask is a lot more time consuming, and the equipment is even more expensive than the gloves were as well. Even that mask I was wearing in the picture cost a couple hundred dollars and time to figure out, mostly because I have no idea what I'm doing and I had to re-start it a couple times with different materials. I'm still saving up to buy the silicone degassing chamber (and silicone itself) I'll need to properly pour the silicone, but thankfully that's one of the last steps and I can putz around with the sculpting for another couple months while I save.

On the plus side, once I've got everything set up, I could potentially do more for much cheaper (assuming I take the time to sculpt new masks). Though I wouldn't want to pour multiple Dervacor heads to sell other people, which is a shame because it is extraordinarily time consuming making such an elaborate mold for a one off item. LoL.
I might take a commission if it works out well. Though the sculpting process takes months to get the scale detail done right.

Mm, yeah. I've seen a lot of suit designers who work with silicone and resin make very generic canine or dragon heads which they cast and then sell to be customized. Helps offset the expense of all the moulding equipment. Though usually they're for the purpose of covering in fur or something. Hope the rest of the mouldign process goes well ^..^
The gloves are silicone. The mask has a padded thick aluminum wire frame and jaw hinge with foam filler and an outer shell made of paper clay. The paper clay was then painted with high quality acrylic paints and sprayed heavily with a sealant. I used fabric elastic bands on the inside of the mouth to keep it naturally closed, have a concealed chin strap which attaches to the lower jaw, and coloured cloth inside the mouth to simulate the inner mouth area and obscure my actual mouth when I open the jaw.
