The Lapis Lazulians is the only race to live in the ocean. The females are humanoid and delicate looking where the males are serpentine looking. They are one of the few long-lived races but unlike the others, they take longer to grow from infancy into childhood. A few of the males are in tune to the weather and cause storms or they could have control of the ocean and can create waves.
The females' blood has a powerful healing property and because of this, some of the Gothorians would go out to hunt the Lapis Lazulians and drain them of their blood, but what they don't know is that the females have to willingly cut themselves or the blood would be useless and the males don't have the healing property.

When a Lapis Lazulian is murdered, the male Lapis Lazulian will either climb the ship and slaughter everyone on board or summon a storm to sink the ship and drown the crew.
Male Lapis Lazulians are harder to kill than females but it happens and the females will ask a sea dragon to help sink the ship and like the males, drag the crew to their deaths. The Lapis Lazulians can't speak and rely on telepathy.

If someone helps a Lapis Lazulian without wanting anything in return, the Lapis Lazulian will help them with either fishing, gathering treasure from the depths for them to keep or tell them how the weather is and whether it's safe to sail or not.

The Lapis Lazulians mate for life and they wear matching arm bands on their left arm to show they are mates and like the sea horse, the males carries the eggs in their brood pouch which makes them more aggressive towards anyone or anything other than their mate. the female will deposit 12-20 eggs into her mate's brood pouch and the male will carry them for a year and a half until the babies emerge fully developed but small. when this happens they would have found a safe underwater cave or grotto to keep their babies safe from predators for another two years.

The Lapis Lazulians have blue eyes and are mostly a blue color with some green, gold and bronze, their marking pattern varies. The females likes to weave shells and other jewelery in their hair as decorations and wear anything else that interests them. The scales on the male Lapis Lazulians is pure gold and when a scale comes off they will take all the golden scales they collected and take it to the Amaranians to turn into jewelery for the females or to make into the mating arm bands for their future mate-to-be. Luckily for the males, their scales grow back.
