well ive never done a head commision before (: but uhm im thinking 150 for 2 colored fur (inside ear fur and inside ears included) and i guess.. 30 for each extra color and each add on (so like horns) n if you dont like it when its done no worries dnt pay for it ^^ and ill auction it off
