The pose on the cat is a bit confusing. At first I thought he was laying face down, until I noticed how his legs were positioned.
Something about the neck and those glasses throw it off slightly, though I'm not sure exactly what.
Other than that, your lighting effects are incredible as always, and I really like how all the gold items turned out (though that much gold must weigh about 200 pounds, haha).

Nah, you don't often disappoint. You occasionally tread into an 'uncanny valley' of sorts, but that's just a natural part of improving.
I try to point these little bits out when I see them, Others often don't mention it to avoid appearing critical/offensive. I'd rather see you get useful feedback ;)

You have done a fantastic job bringing this idea to life. Don't let the nit pickers who have no clue what is going on bring you down. It is obvious that the goggles got knocked around when Mael was thrown to the ground by Draggie, and that, of course his interest would be on the spilled treasure, it's what he came there for after all! He is just going to get a little more then he bargained for in the end (hint hint!!!)
I love the concept, and the shading job you have done here, and I am sure my two friends like their picture as well.

I am familiar with that dragons do not like when things are stolen, but what a dragon does with intruders is a different matter altogether; so whether being burned to a crisp and eaten, or given the gang rape treatment is a mystery to be left unknown. I do think by the dragons expression the fact that this is all like a game means that the premise of being stolen from is half the fun.
