A sentient aquatic species, living on the same planet as the Hoojinay and Sightcrawlers my dear and I created.

These guys are predatory, obviously, and very intelligent. They like to lure and trick other humanoids into deals or offers they rig. The less intelligent just drown them and eat them after they bleed out. Their anatomy doesn't allow them to come onto land; their foots' bone structure is too frail and their gills can't process air. They can still mimic land-speak, though, as long as they're in the water. One merely has to come close... And perhaps... Stick their head into the water...
