oh dear lord i hope it's not true... i swear governments need backup plans or something for those who have no money, something like "yeah sure ok you can't afford $400 that's ok you can have this very very simple plan for $50, you only get covered for this or this and nothing more" sure you don't get a lot out of it but your not paying a lot so it kinda works itself out
Not that I've read. Think they could like, borrow money from the government to pay it with though. And tbh, going with another "reveal" (which I can't be sure if it's true either) that private millionaires are buying up the rights for prisons, making prisons, making said prisoners there be their slaves (manual labour thing they have in prisons or whatever it is called) then that said millionaires just planned to arrest as many as possible (like with "you downloaded 1 song, fined for 1 million") they'd get "free" factories. The government would have to pay them to "hold" the country's prisoners, they'd pay scrap for crappy food, then they'd have their free slaves to work for them. Really sleepy atm, dunno if that came out right. But as said, just something I read about. While it does seem like a legit douche thing to do, I dunno... it is already happening at some places. (like the case the US tried to get England to ship over a "convict" (student that downloaded one song) to them as he had been sued for millions. To what I know, England refused to turn him over.
england tend to do that, we're also stopping a convicted terrorist from being sent to the CIA... sure we know the americans will tourture him for informations on the rest of the terrorists but to be honest... is that so bad? i mean hell he killed hundreds of people and we just let him walk away? and give him the rights to LIVE IN CENTRAL LONDON?! bloody hell we are stupid... just let the americans tourture him, get the info on the other terrorists, catch/kill the other terrorists and then boom immediate danger over...
as for your own conspiricy... i'm not so sure they would be able to legalise slave labour, nobody is allowed to "own" anyone apart from the government themselves... unless the government is willing to turn a blind eye on this i don't think it will end well for the millionairs

Okay, that does sound quite stupid. At least imprison him in England? But as for the case of that, I can say I agree to them not giving the teenager over. ESPECIALLY how it was the company that owed the site they gave away the links to download the song for free that sued him. (many torrent sites are run by those companies just so they can sue people)

(derp, forgot to add. The government does turn a blind eye as the millionaires are the ones that "run" the US due to the whole debt the US is in. Again: From what I've heard and read. And going with how the latest president that tried to change how the banks or debts work got assassinated a few days after he proposed it, one can wonder as the next president quickly disposed of the suggestion.)
