Definitely a jaguar. Jaguars have rosettes with spots inside of them (as you can see to the left of the tree) and leopards have rosettes with no spots inside). Jaguars are also a lot more muscular and stocky than leopards (i.e. big fat heads on jaguars and big jaw muscles). Nice shot. :)
