This turned out far too good to not post. The 'throat' area is planned to be removed in order to fit the base this is going into so I didn't focus on it as much.
I had been told the character this was for was older, mean, and the overall feel for the jawset was to be dark/sinister. Well now. After 7 hours of painting, staining, and glossing, as well as listening to Pirates of the Caribbean, I am proud to present my most complicated jawset EVER. The original jawset was a Moore wolf set with howling throat I completely overhauled and added some details with via apoxie sculpt. No tongue has been chosen or made for it yet.
Please note! I do NOT sell these individually or take them on commission.

Now, that's a sexy jaw set right there! Whew! I mean, in an artistic sense of the word "Sexy." ;) Great work, Sharpe! It's beautiful, I must say. It does look kinda gross. When I first saw it in my submissions I was like "Eeehhhyuck! Did you carve that out of a recently deceased animal?!" I think you did good if I cringe when I look at it for what it is! The realism is convincing enough on this puppy!
